Don't listen to the negative reviews by pretentious critics attempting to make this into something it isn't meant to be. See this movie for what it is - an action epic, and you will indeed be "entertained" The first movie may have had a superior story, but the action sequences in the sequal are unbelievable and not to be missed! It's a great popcorn movie and was an absolute blast to see in the theater.

Entertaining, but nowhere near the level of other Pixar films

When the show sticks to what it does well, it's great. Any fan of Batman and his lore will eat this stuff up. However, too many unnecessary subplots, many of which turned a great show into a soap opera. Also, there are several plot holes so large it's hard to overlook them and continue on watching. That being said, I was hooked on the many positives of the show, and had to watch to the end. There are several superb acting performances(Riddler, Penguin and Bullock), but there are definitely others that are quite amateurish (Bruce and Barbara among others) Watch it, enjoy it for what it is, but the writing at times is pretty muddled, and if you start dissecting it you'll not enjoy it.

Just take it for what it is and you'll enjoy it. The negative reviews are just a result of excessive expectations for a silly monster/action movie. It's fun.

The subject matter and Bob Lazar are incredibly interesting. However, the directing, editing and overall style of this film are absolutely incoherent. The eerie and maddeningly repetitive music is not only not necessary, but it's a huge distraction. The end result does a large disservice to Mr. Lazar and his story. The director got in the way of his own film.

Series was great, but final episode a total letdown. No reason for not using the dragon straight away. Ending does not do the series justice.
