Absolutely horrible Movie, I read all the Books and had been waiting for this Movie for a while and it seemed like somebody took the story and threw it in the Blender. It reminded me of the time that they made a movie out of Eragon and it was also an absolute disaster most of the theater got up and walked right out because it was so bad and asked for a refund during the first 15min of the feature. Artemis Fowl Movie and the Eragon Movie both suffer from the same problems. They both are great stories with great material to work with however, the movies might as well be something entirely different stories that just happened have the same name and general idea. Almost seemed like some riped off version of the Stories. Personally if I was one of the Author of these stories I would not allow it to be produced if they can't produce a reasonably Movie. It is totally within the Movie industry to produce a respectable movie from a book, just look at the Harry Potter series you can see that they did a reasonable job representing the books general story.
