I hate how tom cruise got underplayed in bad writing, fans should be furious, like the scenes were so expected, like the audience could see it, they were getting fed through a formula too obvious, extraordinary visuals, lame ass references to flashbacks, the most under-powered villain, what are those cheesy dialogues...do you trust me... do you trust me....the director was too quick for execution without doing much work in the ideas room... its as if a Bollywood director directed a sci fi movie , my God . It utterly lacks imagination, you killed Elsa foust ? urrrrgghhhhh...

Watching this because Netflix flagged it as Top 10 and I don't understand this has 92% on rotten tomatoes and "where the crawdads sing" has 35%. why does the world have such a cruel sense of humor. After the first episode you expect that this film explores the renaissance life - showing the activity filled livesin Europe, with art, dreams, ambition, beauty entwined with a bit of romance. I don't understand why there is so much about Michael Angelo, the architecturally charming buildings, the female protagonist’s paintings and the feel good delicious dishes made by the male chef protagonist when it will all in the end just be props.. I thought I'll get some tips into living a creative life but the turn it takes with cancer filling 5 episodes of the show is so triggering. Hopeful for some solutions or strategies toward incorporating artistic dreams into a busy bureaucratic life...showcasing a life made of living not simply fighting, struggling or running the race.. but 🤷🏻‍♂️ now you might ask me to go to Quora or reddit and say `cant you take it as two pure souls who want to stick with each other no matter the crisis’ … agreed. but the director shouldn't have begun the series with the first two episodes as they are - its borderline deception. Sob in real life is frustrating as it is, but on screen is 😤 One star for the first two episodes and the other is for the comedy - well written and acted. I loved the Italian parents, so real and funny.

I understand pushpa was worth the noise people made , but this - ? Such a bad script… there’s no better sin than to heighten expectation and deliver such a mediocre product.

Bro, i was waiting for this for so long - but the same recurring themes of ditching workaholism to a life of simplicity. How many more movies will Julia Roberts do with Bali backdrop. The one star i give is for comedy, second star is for Julia Robert’s hearty laughter. There’s nothing new or extraordinary about this film.
