The game is solid and a goood fps shooter what really let's it down is blizzard's lack of interest when trying to help a customer. I tried installing oevrwatch but no where did it say that the consumer had to also install the battlenet launcher and when you ask them what's wrong with your order they don't give you a straight forwards answer. So I attempted to download battlenet several times before it started working and then overwatch failed to download every time. Overall good game but you better have half an hour free to at least donwload the bloody thing.
