This show is one of the best preschool shows I have ever seen in my entire life. Bear has touched on so many people, even to this day. He is so comforting to everyone around the world to all ages. I am very sad that this show isn't on tv anymore, and sadly, it's not on disney plus like Out of the box and the book of pooh. Most of the Playhouse Disney classics aren't on there. Disney really needs to fix that problem right now if they want to keep their subscribers watching. I would recommend this show to everyone. This show is way better than Barney. Barney is just someone who just wants to have fun while bear goes into a more serious way of teaching children. Bear has a lot of valuable messages for education in a fun way, but barney has messages to love everyone and have fun. Barney says, "everyone needs to be happy, and sadness and other emotions need to be resolved", but bear says in a more mature way, "emotions don't need to be resolved, they need to be talked about in a good manner".
I mentioned barney because Bear was designed to be the anti-barney, which would be a show where both children, parents or caregivers can both enjoy watching again and again. It was important for the creators to attract adults a lot. Noel was told to use his real voice to match the tone of what a grown-up voice would be. It would be a voice that would not make you want to gouge your eyes out every time you heard it.
This show gives children and adults so much joy, and it should never be forgotten. I watched this show a lot when I was little, and is still a good show to watch. I would love to see this show on disney plus or any other streaming service real soon. Every fan needs to request this show to disney plus immediately so that we could all relive with bear.
Thank you for this show Mitchell Kreigman, and thank you Noel MacNeal for bringing Bear to life. I don't know where I would be at today without this show.
