I don't like the way they ruled out the case with the cupcakes that got to the three-year-old parties late. The fact that the woman still accepted the cupcakes the caterer should have been paid at least half the price. Whether it had arrived to the event late or not she did contact her to ask her if she wanted her to still bring the cupcakes and she had agreed on that decision for the cakes to still be delivered. She's also a mother working with her children . The fact that she accepted the cupcakes the caterer should have been compensated for her hard work. She made the cupcakes and it was accepted so the fact that the judges ruled out her case as dismissed and she didn't get any type of compensation it was totally wrong. I also have a 3 year old and whether you give them cupcakes or not it's a party. She should have party bags and that's that. Sometimes things can go wrong at a party so she should have had some type of alternatives that the kids can enjoy and be happy. Candy alone will make them happy so I don't think the cupcakes was the issue that she didn't want to pay her I think she just didn't want to pay her because she just felt like she should have been there on time which is fair but when it all comes down to the fact that she took the cupcake and her kids were still able to eat the cupcake she should have been compensated and that opinion. Thank
