The Forest has to be one of the best games i’ve played by far. It has elements such as being wholesome, adventurous, and scary. It’s the perfect survival game. You can build a massive fortress, explore caves, fight enemies, build a village, go hunting for survival, and let alone the game being fun in single player, it’s 3x more fun with friends! Just the massive panic of quickly looting everything in sight for survival such as sticks, rocks, and meat is just so thrilling for a video game. And then using everything you’ve gathered to craft weapons such as spears, axes, clubs, a bow, a slingshot for slaying enemies and animals for survival is very rewarding. And everything about this game is amazing and well-done such as the building mechanics, AI intelligence, the common sense that really tops it off. I cannot wait for the second game, Sons Of The Forest.
