absolutely terrible customer service. If you need anything the guides are horrible at helping you with technical issues. If you call for support you can' t talk to anyone; you have to leave a voicemail and they say they will respond in 10 business days. For a game making millions upon millions in monthly subscriptions you would think they would make customer service a priority. Not worth the headache to mess with this game anymore.
