This book is THE 'go-to' book for blended families. It is chock-full of great advice for understanding and addressing blended family dynamics. I highly recommend this book if you want to familiarize yourself with the complexities of blended family living as well as implement best practices to avoid common pitfalls and strengthen stepfamily relationships. Many of the negative reviews about this book are misleading and quite uninformed. While the book offers wisdom and guidance for blended families with a Christian perspective; the advice is sound and in the best interest of the family. Citing biblical verses in a book is not forcing one's faith on others or trying to 'convert' them. It is properly referencing where the author discovered a quote or principle.. If you or a loved one you know has a blended family, this book is a MUST READ!
