Totally political! This is definitely a target towards blacks and the poor! The officers are obviously not trained adequately to deal with the public. The new chief said , “if you have you pants sagging, we will arrest for indecent exposure.” That makes no sense in a town full of corruption and obvious bigger problems than “sagging” “We are targeting people who are loitering” “We are targeting people who stand at the local liquor store” What about policing the government that is supplying poisonous water to the community?
