I'm a Canadian living in Kenya for 27 years now, with my husband. We couldn't, of course, go home to Canada in the summer to see our families and grandchildren due to COVIC-19, so I've been watching a great number of DVDs, one of which is 7th Heaven. Three hours ago I was watching season 3, about episode 4 or 5, and it happened to be the one about Annie (very pregnant with twins) helping out a male WWII vet on the day her father is to be married again! I was watching it on Remembrance Day November 11th, as we call it in Canada (although it's 12:05 on the 12th as I write this), or Veterans' Day as I believe it's called in the US! And the show was saluting vets from all wars in the show! How strange! Of all the days of the 365-day year that this particular episode happened to land on me on the most appropriate day! I'd better get back to watching it. They're now on to Christmas, and I'm definitely not there yet!
