From an in-game gameplay perspective, if both FIFA and PES had no issues , I would hands down go for PES, amazing mechanics and much more enjoyable overall. There isn't as much in single player modes as would've liked, but hopefully more will follow in later PES games, doesn't take away the fact these modes are still fun to play. Unfortunately, this particular game is abysmal for online gameplay, notably its connection inconsistency and supposed incorrect/lagged user inputs. Player mechanics for passing and shooting are great in my opinion. Dribbiling can be either so good or so bad, depends on how the PES servers are feeling, and defending mechanics are there, but very broken. Fingers crossed PES 22 is the next big thing
