This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a game. there is no optimization for PC, i tried every video setting possible on a 3900x and 2070 super and i could not get stable frames on even medium settings. I ran the last COD flawlessly on the same setup, and the game was also aesthetically superior. Although it did require some tweaking in the settings, While trying to fix the video settings i was repeatedly killed by war dogs that were nigh impossible to kill, so i can't imagine the game play is an improvement either. I contacted blizzard only a few hours after purchase, as i could not play the game, and not only did they copy paste a generic response refusing my refund, they also threatened to ban me after I brought up how this is predatory business practice. I was told "I had experienced enough of the content to be worth the price" - though my entire experience was struggling to fix the settings so that I could stop the constant stuttering due to fps drops. If i receive a product that does not function as intended, it is common sense I will return it for a refund. blizzard just robbed me of 90 dollars for a game that is barely playable, as as customer, I am astounded as to how low this company has fallen. Do not give this company your money, they see us only as cash cows to be extorted for their benefit.
