Genuinely surprised on how this show turned out, had an absolute blast watching it! Honestly the only thing "kid show" about it compared to the films is a lack of blood, but even without the blood and gore there are still some fantastically thrilling set pieces and scenes of horror especially with the Mosasaurus and Pteranodons, the creators of Camp Cretaceous were not messing around when it came to the scare factor with these Mesozoic reptiles. Spoilers! With the kids trapped on the island and separated, there is so much next season can do as a survival series in the ruins of Jurassic World.
