Not good! Very surprised by the high ratings. Very silly scenes, and Tom looks too old for his part, and obviously put on weight.

Well, it certainly wasn’t the worst movie I’ve ever seen. 😂 I did enjoy the art of the film. The absurdities were utterly absurd. The acting was great. Sound effects were unnerving. Shocked that Nicole K would do this film, but her performance was fine. I didn’t mind that we don’t know how the boy exacted his revenge. But, his acting performance was exceptional! He’s a talent for sure. I’m glad I saw it.

It may well be in the top 10 of the worst films I’ve ever seen. Stupid dialogue, horrible acting, slow, boring. Whoever wrote it doesn’t have much of a future in this field. If I had paid to see it, I’d have walked out and asked for my money back.

Disappointing, very. As good as the first was, that’s how bad The Way of Water is. Dialogue is juvenile. “Bro”? Give me a break. Money was the obvious goal, not art. Appealing to juveniles and young teens was the intended demographic. I had high hopes. This was so awful.
