Mediocre. At best. A disenchanting show. For those of you who say we cannot compare it to The Simpsons or Futurama; yes we can. Its a Matt Groening show. He himself set the benchmark for adult/family cartoons, which Futurama definitely lived up to, even Family Guy and South Park knew they had to reach that benchmark and did so. I was so very excited, and it has failed to deliver. You cast ERIC ANDRE who is extremely clever and funny, and every single line he delivers is just bland, normal, vanilla. What exactly IS the target audience here? Because Simpsons and Futurama fans have been exposed to the highest levels of cartoon comedy, and we are expected to enjoy this average story that is absolutely nothing new? Ill just go and watch Brave, she was a better Heroine and the jokes were better in that movie which was for CHILDREN! Big disappointment. 1 star.
