I enjoyed the numerous twists and turns this book takes the reader on. I loved the details of all the unique characters, creatures, and their descriptions worded in understandable vocabulary. The storyline is relatively easy to follow, and has a sweet spot on decency, meaning it's not too kind and light, and also not too graphic, making the novel more engaging.
However, getting through the book, simple and common phrases and words become repetitive, and that can become boring in and of itself. That is my only problem with this novel, but I still call this a great story and I recommend others read it for themselves.
