I expected something different from this book. the whole premise of the book portrayed an amazing "adventure-filled" story with plot twists and cliffhangers. But the book is nothing like that. While the story isn't exactly 'boring', it isn't too fun to read either. The characters - Ari and Dante are somewhat well written, and people might actually relate to them. But the way the plot moves ahead was just disappointing. The story could have been much better and different in a lot of ways. Its as if the author didn't even try to make it interesting or meaningful. One thing that irked me the most was that the story behind Bernardo (Ari's brother) was quite stupid and didn't give any justice to Ari's constant pondering. Reading books isn't just about learning the story; its more about the feeling that comes along with growing with the characters. its the rush of emotions and feeling of being thrilled and excited about the plot that brings about the feeling of reading a really good book.

It's a MUST READ!! I have been in love with the whole series! Following Apollo in his trials has been very enjoyable. The lessons he learned and the heartfelt things he has done for his mortal friends makes me cry. He becomes a lot more understanding of human nature and fights for the right causes. He shows immense dedication and loyalty towards his friends. His courage is admirable to say the least. You will love this book.

This is a MUST-READ!!!! It's vastly different from the Percy Jackson series and it's not predictable or boring for even a minute! We meet the old characters from the previous 2 series (Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus) and it feels AMAZING!! The plot is phenomenal and I absolutely adore Apollo's (Lester Papadopoulos) humour throughout the book. He's an absolute delight to read about and the book will have you smiling all the way through! I loved it soooo much!!

Seriously, do not buy this book. It's too boring. The characters are stupidly named and the plot isn't that well written. I bought this book for a lot of money, and hated it. I expected better.

U will regret not reading it. Its amazinggg. The content is great, the writing in incredible. I assumed it would be boring before i read it, but its really not. Its interesting. Its a must-read!
