Movie has a plethora of stars, however none of them are having an impact on the overall movie.
The earlier parts still were good to watch as it were concentrated on the core subject of the movie theme.
The addition of 2 additional characters could have been played by some other actors who are done playing lead roles.
To sum it up its a KHICHDI which you would like to eat when you are not well i.e..without any masala as Rohit Shetty's movies are

Comedy Horror as the theme lives up to only a certain extent.
The actors had very little story to showcase their talent.
The direction was ok.
Overall the twist or suspense in the movie was less of any revenge or vengeance as shown in earlier parts, hence it didn't give a much needed push to the climax of the story.

The movie is just an extension of the various ESPN, Star sports documentaries.
Kabir Khan has done a very primitive adaption of the 1983 world cup.
The emotions were captured as a amateurish director would do.
Full marks to the casting director.

The show has quoted many facets of Indian Army which are not true to the fullest.
It shows the army in bad light on many occasions.
1. Major Mehra - the investigating officer meeting a suspect and bribing him immediately.
2. Major Mehra again giving him bribe to exhume the bodies secretly.
Also the connect with the real life is lacking big time as then the bodies are taken for post mortem to a government hospital. Give me break, if you are going to get bodies exhumed secretly, how on earth you get the post-mortem done in a government hospital.
Its a no brainer and tries to target the indian army on the wrong side.
3. Indian army getting rogered by local goons and ordinary people.
The team has not done their due diligence. GO AND DO IT and IF YOU CAN'T don't attempt this cardinal sin.
