Megan Keleher

Watched this movie the other night. It is by no means a terrible movie but it does little to help itself stand out. I describe it best as a standard "direct to DVD" movie; not great, but a decent way to kill some time. The movie does have its funny moments but Kurt Russell does carry the movie. The man makes an excellent Santa. Whether it's the script or the other actors, there are parts that are quite cringe worthy and have you sitting there going "really?" It was nice to have a Christmas movie where Christmas wasn't almost ruined because Santa couldn't deliver his presents. The actual reason is a bit flimsy but they tried. It's definitely worth watching at least once even if it's just to watch Kurt Russell sing.
