What!? This film starts like a good old haunting story, turns into a random slasher, and ends like a John Wick bloodbath lol. So many cringy dialogues and acting. My friend and I were laughing non-stop. And it’s not the actors’ fault because they probably had no idea what they are working with. The plot, the characters and the tone is all over the place as the film tries to be so many things at the same time. (Someone explain the soundtrack choice please!? Imagine Blade Runner soundtrack in Titanic, that’s how OFF it was!) If the film was being intentionally tacky, paying tribute to B type movies, I missed that.

The first hour is a feast for your senses. The mythology, the music, the voice acting etc will give you SHIVAS. 😛 Seriously though, I haven’t been so emotionally shocked since Hellbalde Senua’s Sacrifice.
