‘One of the worst films/ horror films I’ve seen in ages. Think it’s just rated so highly cos it’s the same director as ‘get out’. Everyone saying this is a masterpiece is an actual imbecile.’ I said this before finishing it. I like the concept and twist about people’s origins. So yeah the ending was really good, but you can’t label this a horror nor can you say it’s a great film. It’s a bit ridiculous and you feel as though the twist at the end was very thought out but the rest of the film was sort of just filling time with poor acting, script and directing (other than some funny moments at the start). Either way I like the twist but all these pretentious teenagers saying it’s a masterpiece are deluded.
