I'd say it's a pretty good book for those who often find themselves getting carried away in the stresses of life. Ironically, I feel as though this book can still somehow manage to add stress to ones life because of how the layers and chapters are with the breif overview of said advice, which is supposed to be put into action, but actively can weigh one down. So yea, love hate relationship with this book i guess...it all just depends on YOU.
