This movie makes no sense.
I know this is just a re-telling of the Greeny Phatom Movie, but regardless, I find the plot for this film almost nonexistent. Just like the film this one remade, PC Guy goes into Wal-Mart and supposedly "Buys" a toy, and the 2 protagonists chase him down because they all claim PC Guy's a shoplifter. So a random guy goes in front of PC Guy and takes the toy after telling him shoplifting is bad. And instead of returning the "Stolen" toy to the store, he gives it to the 2 protagonists. If PC Guy actually did buy the toy, then the transaction happened off screen and we never got to verify it happened, and the long chases happened for no reason. Otherwise, if he actually stole it, PC Guy wouldn't know what Buying means. It still doesn't mean the 2 protagonists get the toy in return to play with it at home. They would also be responsible for contributing to the shoplifting.
PC Guy Eventually does buy the toy 1 hour and 22 minutes into the movie, But before it happened, there's a bunch of unnecessary filler and media references to distract us from the main story. And unlike the Greeny Phatom movie, there is a villain called "Mr. Keebler" to make the movie a bit more original, and this villain is supposed to destroy the world. It still doesn't even make the movie any better, and it doesn't make any sense too. After the toy buying scene, the movie continues on with some more filler.
This movie reminds me of watching movies as a very small child not knowing what I'm watching or what is going on. And now that I'm older and I've just discovered this movie, it feels exactly like that.
