We bought an Emma mattress as we needed to renew our old one. Service and delivery was spot on absolutely no complaints! Soon discovered that being a larger then life fella; Emma mattress was not for me! I found it the worst mattress in the world whilst my wife thought it was the best. We contacted Emma, said it wasn’t for us. They collected and refunded our money without question. So the five star rating is for overall service!! HOWEVER, If putting your sock on in the morning tends to take your breath away; this mattress is NOT for you!!
