This show is so realistic. I moved from Sydney to a Small country outback town near Wagga to teach and it was exactly the same. They all new my name and nearly everything about me before I even walked through the front door to work. The characters are very similar to what I'd experienced. One Gossipy one, one trouble making one, one that knows all, one do gooder, one supposedly having an affair with everybody. If you look at a guy sideways your going out with them, if your going out with them then you must be getting married and if your getting married you must be pregnant. Then weddings, birthdays etc the whole town is invited after 12:00 midnight everyone one comes and if you dont come you better be sick. They make you feel so welcome just like Virgin Town. Good to see an American/Canadian show with virtually no violence, nudity or swear words. And to top this show off the fact the actors are very natural to look at and are beautifully aged and sexy at 72 years young.Good to see older folks valued in our society and are very much part of our communities. It also teachers people how "when the going gets tough" that everybody pulls together to support each other when needed. Looking forward to figuring out "who shot Jack". Ciao

I love this show, particularly the unpredictable characters. I'm hoping that Liz Keen is not related to anyone except her daughter and that the reason why everyone is trying to protect her is that she's the great grand daughter of the last Tsar of Russia and that they are hiding her from the Russian KGB and the people that are protecting her ie Reddington are hired by Russian wealthy elite special forces to keep the Tsar's alive and everything about her has been one big lie. Wouldn't that make it interesting.
