At first i thought this was another button masher with dbz characters. After about 40 hrs playing, mostly online, this is now my favorite fighting game I think I've ever played. There's a learning curve, so I suggest a little super training to learn all the different combos and counters. It's actually a pretty in depth system that let's you counter or dodge every attack if you can time it right. I love the breakneck speed of combat and the flashy attacks that are unique for almost single dbz character. I just wish single player told the story better. But the what if scenarios manage to keep it somewhat engaging. Epic game.

Awesome game! After about 10 hours, ive got 360 super credits and am on page 3 of the free warbond, whatever its called. I dont think its pay to win at all, just explore the areas. i havent payed but $40 for the game and can hold my own on challenging difficulty, and just unlocked hard. It is a bit grindy, but the combat and environments are top notch. It would be 5 stars if servers werent so hit and miss. To quickplay on ps5, you have to turn crossplay off and go to the robot system, you will never quick join a game in the bug system. This game is a blast, and will only get better as time passes and they fix the server issues. I would recommend this game if you like high paced, 3rd person action. For Democracy!

I see so many negative reviews for this game and a lot of the disdain is warranted. The first overwatch is probably one of the more popular games of our generation, so the bar was set really high. I think they reached the bar, and have room to continue past it. The fact that this game is free, on my Nintendo switch, and running damn near perfectly is a marvel in and on itself. Thank you to Blizzard for fun and chaos at no charge!! A bad release doesn't make a bad game, and this game is now excellent!
