Johnny Bravo

I personally think this movie was decent. I guess my sense of humor is different than other's but this was honestly hilarious if nothing else. I can see how this movie may groove people the wrong way , and I totally understand. I mean there were plenty of slurs, plenty of things that would be considered messed up by most. But I look at this movie as a dark comedy and I think everybody should know a dark comedy is gonna have stuff like this in it 9 times out of 10. I mean look at The Jerk with Steve Martin , although it was a much better movie , it also had some pretty dark humor in it. I think this movie was decent for the humor. Acting wise , eh , and storyline wise, it was iffy but humor wise, 100%.

I personally think this movie was great. It was so good seeing all my favorite actors on screen all together. Martin Scorsese is a great director that captures the heart of the movie within in city if that makes sense and Robert, Al, Joe, and everybody else of course did great jobs. Are the three main characters portrayed by older men? Yes. But they made it work. Even with the CGI that was sometimes hard to overlook and the kicking scene, this is still a 5 star film. If you don't think about either of the two things that most people gave this movie a lower rate for, you realize that the movie isn't bad, the directing was great, the way the camera pans at certain times, the soundtrack was great, and the film as a whole as I've said before, is great.

People can say what they want about this movie but it was actually really good. Yes , the plot was mostly predictable but for some reason with this movie , it works because it makes you talk to the TV or the characters being portrayed. Dennis Quaid did such a great job as Charlie. I feel like if you've seen The Parent Trap you'd get why I feel like he was so good in this. Anyways, I think this movie had a lot of good little creepy moments that make you want to stay and watch the rest of the movie. Overall I give this a 4.5/5 because I think it was a great movie, it's entertaining and is great for a chill movie night. Before I post this, i'd like to say that I personally think people are too harsh with their ratings. A movie like this is for entertainment, not something you'd go to for information. So , so what the characters didn't react in a more realistic way, THAT'S THE POINT!

This was definitely more of a dark humor type of movie but it was hilarious. It most definitely wouldn't stand in today's society. I enjoyed this movie , the cast did great , it had some really funny unexpected scenes and that's what makes it good. Overall , I personally recommend this movie to those who can handle dark humor and who don't mind laughing at things they wouldn't normally laugh at.

I actually liked this film. Yes, the 3D is a bit dated but it was good at the time. I think the cast did a great job. I think it's got a good story , interesting characters, and it's a movie you can really think about while watching.
