Absolutely the worst move i have even had. I have moved 6 times in the past 8 years. All movers ((from other companies) have been professional, on time and furniture was not damaged. The team that moved me (in Columbus, OH) was the worst i have experienced. 1. The moving time quote was 8 hours. Which is typical for my size home. 2. The move took 14 hours. 3. The 3 movers (quote stated 4) were completely unmotivated and slow. 4. The movers were high (no, I a am not kidding) 5. when I called the the office manager, he as annoyed with me and kept stating these were his best movers. 6. When i called the sales manager who visited my home to give a quote, he stated he also was disappointed with the company and has received many complaints and wanted to quit. 7. DO NOT trust the family image they portray! Sadly, i still paid in full and tipped the movers $200 because at 11:30 PM i was not comfortable arguing this.
