Great job by Amy Adam’s, who put on umpteen pounds to play this part. The plot was dry and a little over the top. I enjoyed the movie but not really a blockbuster.

Very intense drama really feeling like the old west. The loud background music remind me of Morricone’s soundtracks on the spaghetti westerns of the late sixties that featured Clint Eastwood. This series really was the best western I’ve seen in many years. Emily Blunt was brilliant in her self produced role. Every actor had equally great performances. I give it a thumbs up.

Acting better than most series for young people. Storyline kind of weak but has me captivated. Photography is great. Love seeing the exterior shots of East LA. Just on the first season but binged watching 4 or 5 episodes at a time. I was born and raised in ELA and have a masters in broadcasting. This show epitomizes my dreams when I started in 1970.
