Escape is like a medley of emotions. The melodies are simply timeless ( this album came out in 2001-02 and it still sounds fresh). Each song has a different story to tell but they all just remind me of a time when summers didn't feel so harsh. This album is a like a string of pearls. For me two songs really stood out- One Night Stand and Love4 Fun. Both are off beat tracks with lyrics painting the story in the mind of the listener so vividly but got eclipsed by the more popular ones like Escape and Hero. This album will forever remain a prized possession for me. It is impossible to Escape the enigma of Enrique's voice and the musical charm of the album.

The movie is based on an emotional connect fused with some heart touching melodies. It is inspiring yet falls short of catching the pulse. The actors stood out, espl the actor playing Kaveri Amma’s character. A romanticized setting dotted with a bunch of good actors and the reverberating music bring one close to the sense of being Swadesi.

A movie NOT worth the time and money. Why was it made i wonder. The music is ghastly and nonsensical. Several plots and all meaningless. I simply detested it for it simply had nothing. The only silver lining was the actor playing the character of Ranjit Arora.
