Patiphon Klangpraphan (CREAM)

Stream it or skip it? You must Absolutely choose the first choice because this drama seems to be truly one of the best Korean detective and fantasy dramas ever. The story is about four noodle shop employees who fight evil spirits. They receive a magical power from the god of death that enters the body of each person. They call themselves “ Counter ” and have the mission which is detecting evil spirits that possessed humans who are passionate and angry to the point of wanting to kill other human beings. After catching the evil spirits, they will then call the evil spirits out from the human body to return to the afterlife. From what I mentioned before, the storyline and content are attractive to follow, and it made me clearly see the development of Korean movie-making skills, including scene-setting, lighting, effects, and editing. Each character has a distinct strength and has the same characteristic that is curly hair due possessed by the god of death. What surprised me is that they used the story of the evil spirits to reflects that no one on earth is perfect and has a trauma. What also surprised me is that this drama still has action scenes that have realistic battles. Moreover, there are many scenes that show Koreans have practiced until their skills increased until their limit. Every scene tells the story well including each performer who has an excellent performance that can make me understand each thought. However, the most impressive scene is the scene where So-mun, a deformed young man, is able to walk for the first time, due to being treated when he joins the counter team. This drama still has many scenes that brought tears from me. It's so bad when I tell you that this drama has ended, but everyone can still watch it on multiple platforms. And lastly, I would especially recommend this to anyone who has not delved into Korean dramas before, it will make you a fan : )
