On the show today during the interview with Jessica Simpson; am I the only one who thinks she was either drunk or high? She couldn't put together a complete sentence when she tried talking&answering things Hoda ask her it was one word @ a time. She was either drunk or high OR her alcohol abuse over the years has affected her speech.
