I enjoyed the nostalgia feel of the movie, and I thought the acting was entertaining, especially Tully's wayward mother. However, the ending was confusing because I don't recall seeing what was the cause of Tully and Kate's estranged relationship. Apparently, I should have read the book first. Overall I liked the movie but not the ending.
