The director of the movie sets the benchmark for Periodic films. You will be thrilled with minor details of the weapon, costume, environment etc., The BGM, colour tone of the film and the gun shots - all perfectly done. The crest of the story seems to be quarrel between British & miller(Dhanush), but the core of the story wants to tell something to the society.

This movie talks about complication in relationship. It portrays how the society reacts and treats time to time. Rajnikanth and Charitha take the lead role. The story mainly evolves around these two characters (Dev and Saras). When Dev and Saras try to lead normal life but the society is not letting to do so. Interesting to watch.
