The show feels like Rick and Morty and American Dad had a baby.. But better. I walked into this show with 0 expectations and walked away very much excited for the next season and hoping it gets renewed. Hopefully they don't change anything. Really great plot twists, hijinks and laughs. I really enjoy the lunacy and depth of some of the conspiracy theories it explores. Even the intro captures your attention and is visually appealing. Watch out for Bear-O!!! :-D

While I 100% respect Colin for taking a knee and falling on his sword for his beliefs; I think this portrayal of his life story is charming at best, mediocre at times and occasionally clumsy in some of the ways it disingenuously handles the over the top racist situations. While it may be eye opening (or upsetting) to some sheltered white folks that have no friends or family of color. As a white man I don’t feel that I learned anything new outside of Colin’s life story. With a bit more editing and crafting this could have been a 5 star mini series. Its my belief that many critics are fawning over this series because they feel obligated to appease the new wave “woke” culture and applaud Colin in his efforts on this project.
