I'm still not sure where these reviews are coming from, say this show "takes them back" or "this honors the original". Look, If you wanted to make a show that focuses on Teela, great! Just don't lie to the fans about it. He-Man was the main draw of the show back in the day. The story of the series is centered around his battle with Skeletor... with out that the series lost its core, as well as its core fan base. I am starting to believe that they paid Kevin Smith to tank this show in order to make the new CGI reboot better by comparison. If you are hungry for some classic He-Man nostalgia, check out the original series (all episodes can be found on YouTube for free). I watched the series again on the VHS tapes I have had since I was a kid. Of course because I am able to point out the flaws of this show (according to Kevin Smith), I'm not a "real fan".
