I dont hate this game and I've only given it a handful of hours but if you are looking for an action game with the ability to act and roam freely with a decent amount of battles.... I don't recommend this title. The fighting is spaced out quiet a bit and it's over just as fast as it starts, the voices which "add to the darkness" can get a tad...... annoying. If your having issues doing a puzzle quickly and need to double back, your girl is NOT a fast character the voices will annoy you. They do add to the game but if you need to silence them for a minute to look around I encourage you to do so in the audio settings as some puzzles might take a minute and the voices are repetitive and non stop. I get it's part of the game it just got old really fast. So far after playing for several hours I don't hate it... its just like a much easier God of War 4. If you like story, I don't hate it, it's a good story, but if you aren't a fan of walking slowly for 45 minutes to do puzzle that mostly require walking and little else between fights..... maaaaybe play something else. This game has actually let me down a little I think I just expected more but it's one of the few games that actually started putting me to sleep :/. That's just me personally but everyone's gaming experience is different. I recommend giving the game a try at least as it is free with game pass. I only give it a 3* as my expectations were a little higher and I feel.like even the story stuff shouldn't feel bleak and dull. Just try it yourself, if your a big story fan and not a "give me a challenge" kinda player then this game is more up your alley and will likely be very enjoyable.
