I loved this series. The dynamic between John and the champion was adorable, and meeting some of the gym leaders was pretty cool. It delves deeper into the world of Sword and Shield, even going so far as to show the feet of the newest champion(the player in Pokémon sword and shield), and leaves on an open end. It was so cool learning more about each of the gym leaders and even Leon’s personality and that Isle of Armor showcase at the end, it really wraps up the world. All in all, many words to prove a simple point, I loved it, so go watch it.
