I loved, loved and loved this movie. Yes, the characters were over the top, but they are Italian! AND rich and as another reviewer mentioned, it was the 80's and 90's, so gold and so spot on. The scenes in Italy made me want to jump on a plane -- the Concord was thing then! The soundtrack was perfect, who likes hearing "I do's" at weddings, the sex scene preceding the wedding scene was hysterical, and you totally felt their connection...until he decided she was too pedestrian for him, then I felt for her...the money, the leaning on the TV psychic was (for me) believable! Her mafia background was implied, but not really developed--Gaga did an amazing job, Jared Leto's character was pure Fredo. This movie was the Godfather for me. Or a Fellini or Almovadar miracle. Gaga fans and little monsters will recite the "father, son and House of Gucci" forever, and I will see it again.
