Bought it on Sept 4 & traded it back in Sept 5. The graphics lack to improved much from UFC3 & the game play was slow and not fluid. I've had all 4 UFC games now & I've been disappointed with them since UFC2. If there was a new Fight Night game available I wouldn't waste my time buying a UFC game until they straightened things out.
