SPOILERS AHEAD I had read “Justice for Joel” somewhere online so I had a feeling he would die, I was shocked when they killed him so early but was PUMPED to see Ellie go out and get her revenge. I was in utter disbelief when I learned you play as Joel’s killer for HALF THE GAME and that Ellie ends up letting her survive. It was depressing and unsatisfying. In addition, how could you expect an audience who has LOVED Joel for so many years to play as his killer for HOURS?! The way this story was cut and put together was horrible. The graphics were fantastic but it took me forever to finish the game simply because playing as Abby was a nightmare, it felt like I was clocking in to a job I hate. So disappointing, so many other ways to take this game..
