I was highly excited for this and this has rightly exceeded expectations. The story revolves around the sacrifices that parents makes for their child's future. It highlights the 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 while also commenting on 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬, 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬.
𝗔𝗱𝗶𝗹 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻 is a gem especially his emotional scenes. The actor deserves so much more appreciation & recognition. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝗲 & 𝗦𝗵𝘂𝗯𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝗵𝗮 have done a great job too. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗶 as a good cop was a pleasant surprise.
The locations are realistic & cinematography is wonderful. The pacing is a little slow but performances & setting make you forget that.
Overall, director Prakash Jha has done a fantastic job to give us one of the finest films of the year.

Concept of movie:
This movie is inspired by 𝗔𝗯𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗿's life(𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐢 is playing him) where he started coaching in naxalite hit districts of bihar.
He is co-founder of 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬, 𝗘𝘅-𝗗𝗚𝗣, 𝗕𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗿 but he was totally neglected in 𝙃𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙠'𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙚 "𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬" as he left Super 30 and founded 𝗥𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝟯𝟬 with 𝙃𝙖𝙯𝙧𝙖𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙞 𝙍𝙖𝙝𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙞 𝙎𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙗 in Patna. Also 𝘼𝙗𝙝𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧 30, 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙙𝙝 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧 30, 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧 30𝙨 across the country took inspiration from him.
He is said to be the brain behind the 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 of criminals in Bihar. The District Judiciary, in 2010 alone, convicted 14,311 persons in speedy trials out of which 37 persons were awarded capital punishment and 1,875, life imprisonment. As He had envisioned, this instilled the fear of law in the lawbreakers. This initiative has drawn the attention of many across the world. 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙩𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬 has done a study on this.
To deal with 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 in the police, He came up with the idea of 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗻. Given that the ex-army men were already trained in arms and combat, there was no ramp up time needed for them. They were ready to contribute from day one. The state government adopted this idea and in few days 𝟱𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝙚𝙭-𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙣
were recruited by the 𝗕𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲. This concept soon became a 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙡 and other states such as𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙖, 𝙈𝙖𝙙𝙝𝙮𝙖 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙅𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙 started recruiting ex-army men.
