I enjoyed the book from cover to cover. There were some gaps, slow parts, and unanswered questions, but it helped pass the time of Doughtlander until March 6th! I love the Fanny storyline. I hope Diana can find a way to make William more likable. Some favorite parts of the book were Jamie composing his will, his 3 wishes for Claire if he died in battle and how Claire wouldn’t let Jamie die at King’s Mountain and defies history. Diana has a lot to wrap up on book ten. Bring it on!
