This is a fantastic recipe book! My current favourite. I have bought copies for all my sisters and food-loving friends. The recipes are interesting yet straightforward and every one I have tried has tasted great. If friends are coming for lunch or dinner I just pick two salads from this book and, combined with a fresh loaf of bread and some wine, they are always a hit :)
