I have 2 TOP favorite t.v. series tied for first. One is, of course, Brilliant Minds. I'm not going to mention the other one because that's not what this review is about. I absolutely love Brilliant Minds. When I read that there was no news on a renewal for this show, my heart sank. I couldn't wait for the next episodes to come during the first season, it was torture. It's riveting, smart, witty, just so well written. I would be truly heartbroken if it doesn't get a second season, hell, I'll be deeply up set if this doesn't become a long running series, I'm so deeply invested in it already. The individual characters stories drew me in right away, that's no easy feat. It's hard for me to get interested in shows, you have to grab my interest in the first 15 to 20 minutes or I'm out of there. This show had me at hello so to speak. I'm a huge fan of Zachary Quinto to begin with, so that helps. This show is well directed, the characters are relatable and believable. I just can't say enough good things about this show. I've been checking online every day to see if it's been renewed. I'm eagerly anticipating many more seasons.

I LOVE this show. I could go on and on about what I love about this show; it's family friendly, teaches morals and values and has an EXCELLENT story line. Very well written. The cast has great chemistry and I am REALLY hoping that Netflix doesn't ax this show after only 2 or 3 seasons, like it has SO MANY other great shows! Hemlock Grove and One Day At A Time for just 2 examples. Netflix has a bad habit of doing this and if they keep it up, I'll take my business elsewhere.
