I would give the movie 7/10. it was extremely thought-provoking. I would have loved to see scenes of the training the police go through and how the senior police officers (the ones who have been doing it for years) talk and give advice to rookies or even scenes with what the police deal with on a day to day basis. I think it was an excellent movie, watch with an open heart. I am not sure where the ratings on rotten tomatoes and indiewire came from or whether they even watched the whole movie, shocking rating from both!!!!!!

Don't bother. It was extremely disappointing
