I have never liked RPG games and I was worried this would be game I would turn in and never play early on. However the combat design and how unforgiving it is makes it very enjoyable to play. Most RPGs feel like button mashing but Demon Souls makes it a masterfully crafted puzzle. Recommend to anyone who wants to try on something new if they are not familiar with this type of gameplay!
