I quite enjoyed Midnight Mass. The acting, story, themes, characters and setting were all great. But the monologues, dear god the monologues! There's so many sad, boring monologues in it I felt like (***spoilers***) I'd been made into an eternal vampire myself and had been sat watching monologues for a thousand years. I wasn't even bothered when Riley burnt to a crisp, I just turned to my partner and said "Thank god, no more mind numbing monologues from him" ha ha. Overall pretty good though, and a couple of standout episodes that were fantastic.
