Wow....just terrible. Huge fan of the book and original TV miniseries. I love Skarsgard in other roles, but he does not ellicit fear as Randall Flagg. The floating and cosmic glowing eyes are so cheesy. Other characters are also poorly acted and just flat out wrong choices were made for roles. The music score also does not compare to the original. No huge effect from scene to scene. Film makers these days could learn a lot from the OG's like Joss Wheedon and Quentin Tarantino. So sick of my favorite shows and movies being re-created with so little thoughtfulness.
